Can Party A bid for the elevator alone in the property bidding?

According to Article 34 of the Property Management Regulations, a property management area is managed by a property service enterprise.

It is illegal for Party A to split the property management project without authorization.

But as far as the elevator is concerned, it is not illegal for Party A to hand over the maintenance of the elevator during the warranty period to the original installation unit. But the elevator maintenance outside the warranty period is the responsibility of the property company.
