There are several big real estate developers in Yanjiao.

Domestic well-known brands are those on the list, Shenma Vanke, Poly, Evergrande, Zhonghai, Wanda, Greenland and Greentown. Generally, the quality of buildings developed by big brands is OK, at least if there is a problem (there is no problem building in China), there is still a place to find trouble, and it will not be easy to do anything.

Others are local real estate developers with strong regionality, some are well-known locally, and some are local brands.

I have to know about this myself in the local area, because many well-known local real estate projects may not have a good reputation or know much in other places.

But if you buy a house, I personally don't recommend buying a miscellaneous brand. Although it can be cheaper, it also has limitations. The house is a big event, and the quality and property of the house must be taken into account, otherwise it will be very annoying to live in it in the future.
