Ten types of residents that Yan Guan community must visit are: disabled elderly, empty nesters, widowed elderly, low-income households, disabled people, mentally ill people who cause trouble, patients with serious diseases, families with martyrs, regular visitors and renters with floating population. Disabled elderly, empty nesters, widowed elderly and other elderly groups may have physical problems at any time. Grid workers can visit regularly to understand the physical condition of the elderly and take care of them in time. Low-income households, disabled people, mental patients and seriously ill patients are vulnerable groups and need social care more.
