1. When installing aluminum alloy window frames, the gap between window frames and walls is not filled with soft materials, but directly filled with ordinary cement mortar. When the window is subjected to excessive wind load, the window frame is easy to deform, resulting in a gap between the window frame and mortar, which leads to rainwater infiltration into the room. Treatment method: when the water seepage is not serious. It can be supplemented with weather-resistant glue.

If it is serious, it should be cut around the window frame, three coats and two cloths should be waterproof, and then painted and glued after it is completely dry.

2. In the process of assembling aluminum alloy window frames, there is no waterproof gasket, and rainwater seeps into the splicing gap of aluminum alloy. Treatment method: find out the location of water seepage and block it with waterproof sealant at the source of water seepage.

3. Before the construction of gluing around the window frame, there was dust at the joint between the wall and the window frame, and the sundries were not removed, which led to the loose pasting or even falling off of the silica gel, which made the gluing invalid. Treatment method: clean up the original glue and dust and re-glue.

Fourthly, there is no drip line in the window lintel, so that some window lintels still have the phenomenon of backward flow, which causes rainwater to flow into the gap of the window frame along the window lintel and penetrate into the room. Treatment method: add a dropper. The simplest method is to use thick tiles, cut into strips of 2-3 cm, and glue them with weather-resistant glue to make them into drip line shapes.

Five, there is no water slope or slope outside the window sill, and the water is not smooth. If it rains continuously, the rain will easily soak the paint layer under the window frame, causing water seepage. Treatment method: directly cut out the water slope and decorate it with tiles. The joints between tiles and window frames are treated with weather-resistant glue.

Six, cracks appear in the wall under the window frame, and rainwater penetrates into the room through the cracks. Treatment method: chisel off the paint layer at the crack, pour it with LB-7 neoprene latex polymer cement slurry, and then use LB-23 high-efficiency waterproof and crack-resistant cement mortar for local waterproof treatment.
