It is reported that the catalogue of business service charges formulated by the Gansu provincial government (2022 edition) includes three categories: transportation service charges, public utility service charges and other specific service charges. The catalogue list will be dynamically adjusted according to the reform process of operating and service charges.

Among transportation service charges, motor vehicle parking service charges include: parking lots (garages and berths) supporting public facilities such as culture, transportation, sports, medical care and education, parking lots (garages and berths) with monopolistic operation characteristics, and parking lots (garages and berths) invested and built by the government. Among the public utility service charges, the installation fee for residential gas engineering is 1800 yuan/household to 3,000 yuan/household.
