What is the standard of community greening?

1. closed management: the greening of residential areas not only refers to the vegetation coverage rate, but also involves the management field. The greening environment of residential area is mainly to serve the residents in the residential area, and to ensure that the living environment of residents is in a safe and quiet state.

2. Adequate green area: the green rate of newly-built residential areas is not less than 30%, and the green rate of old areas is not less than 25%. In addition, the green space should have sufficient sunshine time to meet the requirements of residential activities. In the green space of residential area, the area of not less than 1/3 is outside the coverage of standard sunshine.

3. Green space: Green space should not only have vegetation, but also include some children's playgrounds. Facilities such as chairs and paving stones need to be arranged to meet the needs of residents' leisure activities.

Community greening can be divided into broad sense greening and narrow sense greening. Generally speaking, broad-sense greening refers to garden projects that increase plants and improve the environment of residential areas, while narrow-sense greening refers to adding evaluation criteria on the basis of broad-sense greening.
