In areas with hard water quality, after the end of each heating season, professionals should be asked to carry out a big cleaning to clean up all the dirt in the pipeline, so as to give full play to the heat of the heating pipeline.

Cleaning methods include chemical soaking and pulse wave physical cleaning. Among them, the pulse cleaning method is mostly used for heating pipes, which can clean the scale and impurities of heating pipes and water separators at one time.

Cleaning method of heating pipeline:

Before cleaning the heating pipe, in order to ensure safety, all return valves must be closed, and then the other plug of the radiator must be gently unscrewed by hand with a wrench.

Open the temperature control valve, and then flush it accordingly until the water flowing out of the radiator is clear. Once the water flowing out is clear, the temperature control valve can be closed. Radiators are also cleaned in turn, and after cleaning, the water inlet valve is opened for related exhaust.

The first step is to lead a pipe from our tap water valve and then connect it to the main water supply pipe of our radiator. Generally, this kind of water pipe can be well connected to the pipeline, thus realizing the irrigation of the water supply pipeline; In addition, you can also use a booster pump, which makes the washing cleaner.

The second step is to find the end of the backwater of our radiator. Generally speaking, the end of this backwater is basically in the bathroom or the last group of radiators near the door. Remove the return pipe connection on this radiator, then connect a flexible pipe and connect this pipe to a place where we can drain water.

Step 3, open the tap water valve and fill the indoor pipeline with water. The premise must be to close the main outdoor heating pipeline to avoid pouring water into the outdoor pipe network. In this way, some rust residues or sundries in the radiator can be washed out until the released water is clear water.

Cleaning time: the cleaning time of the heating pipe can be before heating, during heating or after heating. Cleaning before heating can clean all impurities such as biological mucus in the pipeline, so that the heating effect can reach a good state; Cleaning during heating can obviously feel the change of temperature rise; Cleaning after heating is relatively better, which can remove impurities and prevent bacteria from multiplying in the heating pipe.
