Is the property fee charged by the property company a differential tax?

Turnover is the balance of all income related to property management after deducting the price of water, electricity and gas paid by the owner and the price of water, electricity and gas paid by the tenant and rent.

However, the elevator fee and garbage fee collected do not belong to the scope of the above-mentioned difference tax, and the income should be fully recognized.
