My name is -X, and I am a new social worker in Xinghai Home. I have been strict with myself since I started working in Xinghai Home in. According to the division of responsibilities, I am mainly responsible for community fire safety, safe production, non-violation creation and various militia work. In terms of fire safety, the community police take the lead, with the participation of property managers, and conduct monthly fire inspections on underground spaces, residential corridors and shops along the street, promptly point out problems and make regular rectification. In terms of safety production, the electric bicycles in this community have been comprehensively rectified. By posting residents' notices, posters and large-screen publicity in the corridor, residents are required to prohibit parking electric bicycles in the corridor or pulling wires to charge electric bicycles privately. In terms of non-violation, actively report the illegal construction of this community, and publicize and avoid the phenomenon of group rent by pulling banners and big-screen publicity. In terms of militia work, do a good job in accounting. In addition, I am also the B corner of AB corner in door-to-door service, responsible for the use and maintenance of five-piece sets and providing door-to-door service for residents.

Fourth, look to the future and strive to be a qualified community worker.

After two years of work and study, I found that I still have many shortcomings.
