4. 1 Strictly abide by the elevator machine room management system and post it? The computer room is important and no one is allowed to enter? Sign, control irrelevant personnel to enter. If the work needs, it should be led by a special person before entering;

4.2 Fireworks are strictly prohibited in the generator room and oil depot, and explosion-proof devices are strictly used for lighting;

4.4 The machine room shall be kept clean and tidy, and items unrelated to the generator set shall not be stacked in the machine room. 4.7 The daily maintenance items and procedures of diesel generator set are as follows:

4.7. 1 Check the amount of oil in the fuel tank, observe the amount of oil in the fuel tank, and replenish it as needed;

4.7.2 Check that the oil level of the oil pan should reach the marking line on the oil gauge, and if it is insufficient, it should be added to the specified amount;

4.7.4 Check the three leaks (water, oil and gas) to eliminate the oil and water pipe joints and other sealing surfaces, and eliminate the air leakage at the intake and exhaust pipes, cylinder head gasket and turbocharger;

4.7.5 Check the installation of diesel engine accessories, including the stability of accessories installation, the reliability of anchor screws and the connection with working machinery;

4.7.8 Clean the external surfaces of diesel engine and auxiliary equipment. Wipe off the oil, water and dust on the surface of the fuselage, turbocharger, cylinder head cover and air filter with a dry cloth or a rag soaked with diesel oil. Wipe off or blow off the dust on the surface of the charging generator, radiator and fan with compressed air;

Generator room management system

Four, there must be no irrelevant items and materials in the computer room (including temporary storage). It is forbidden to pile up inflammable, explosive and corrosive articles.

Five, keep good ventilation and lighting in the computer room at any time, and all electrical equipment in the computer room must be reliably grounded.

Generator safety operation procedure

First, the operation of the engine part of the generator powered by diesel engine shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of the internal combustion engine.

Second, before starting the generator, be sure to carefully check whether the wiring of each part is correct, whether the connection parts are firm, whether the brush is normal, whether the pressure meets the requirements, and whether the grounding wire is in good condition.

Three, before starting, put the resistance value of the excitation rheostat in the maximum position, turn off the output switch, and the generator set with clutch should be disengaged. Start the diesel engine with no load first, and then start the generator after the generator runs smoothly.

Four, after the generator starts running, should always pay attention to the presence of mechanical noise, abnormal vibration, and so on and so forth. After confirming that the situation is normal, adjust the generator to the rated speed, adjust the voltage to the rated value, and then close the output switch to supply power to the outside. The load should be gradually increased to achieve three-phase balance.

Five, parallel operation of generators must meet the same conditions of frequency, voltage, phase and phase sequence.

Six, ready to run in parallel generator must have entered the normal and stable operation.

Seven, received? Are you ready for parallel connection? Signal, based on the whole device, adjust the speed of diesel engine and turn it on at synchronous time.

Eight, parallel operation of generators should reasonably adjust the load, and evenly distribute the active power and reactive power of each generator. Active power is regulated by diesel engine throttle, and reactive power is regulated by excitation.

Nine, the running generator should pay close attention to the engine sound, observe all kinds of instruments.

Ten, when parking, first reduce the load, excitation rheostat reply, make the voltage to a minimum, and then cut off the switch in sequence, and finally stop the diesel engine running.

Noise reduction treatment of generator room

When the diesel generator set is running, it usually produces 95 ~ 128B (a) noise. If necessary noise reduction measures are not taken, the noise generated by unit operation will cause serious damage to the surrounding environment. In order to protect and improve environmental quality, noise must be controlled.

The main noise sources of diesel generator sets are all generated by diesel engines, including exhaust noise, mechanical noise and combustion noise, cooling fan and exhaust noise, intake noise, generator noise, noise generated by foundation vibration transmission, etc.

(1) Exhaust noise. Exhaust noise is a kind of pulsating airflow noise with high temperature and high speed, which is the most energy in engine noise, and its noise can reach more than 100db, which is the most important part of the total engine noise. The exhaust noise generated when the generator is working is directly discharged through the simple exhaust pipe (the original exhaust pipe of the generator set). With the increase of airflow speed, the noise frequency also increases obviously, which has a serious impact on the life and work of nearby residents.

(2) Mechanical noise and combustion noise. Mechanical noise is mainly caused by the vibration or mutual impact of engine moving parts caused by periodic changes of gas pressure and inertia force. It has the characteristics of long noise propagation and small attenuation. Combustion noise is the structural vibration and noise produced by diesel engine combustion.

(3) Cooling fan and exhaust noise. The fan noise of the unit consists of eddy current noise, rotating noise and mechanical noise. Exhaust noise, airflow noise, fan noise and mechanical noise will spread outward through the exhaust duct, thus causing noise pollution to the environment.

(4) Intake noise. The function of the air inlet is to ensure the normal operation of the engine and create good heat dissipation conditions for the unit itself. The air inlet channel of the unit must be able to make air enter the machine room smoothly, but at the same time, the mechanical noise and airflow noise of the unit will also radiate to the outside of the machine room through this air inlet channel.

(5) Transmission noise of foundation vibration. The strong mechanical vibration of diesel engine can spread to all parts of the outdoor through the foundation, and then radiate noise through the ground.

The principle of noise reduction in diesel generator room is to reduce the noise of intake and exhaust channels and exhaust systems by using efficient sound absorption materials and noise reduction and silencing devices under the premise of ensuring the ventilation conditions of diesel generator set, so that the noise emission can reach the national standard (85db(a)).

The most fundamental way to reduce generator noise is to start with the sound source and adopt some conventional noise reduction technologies; Such as muffler, sound insulation, sound absorption and vibration isolation are the most effective methods.

(1) Reduce exhaust noise. Exhaust noise is the main noise source of the unit, which is characterized by high noise level, fast exhaust speed and difficult control. The exhaust noise can generally be reduced by 40-60db(a) by using a compound muffler with special impedance.

(2) Reduce the noise of axial flow fan. Two problems must be considered when reducing the noise of the cooling fan of the generator set. One is the allowable pressure loss of the exhaust port. The second is the required noise reduction. In view of the above two points, you can choose the baffle muffler.

(3) Sound insulation and absorption treatment of the machine room and vibration isolation of the unit.

1) Sound insulation in the machine room. After the exhaust noise and cooling fan noise are reduced, the remaining main noise sources are diesel engine mechanical noise and combustion noise. The method adopted is to remove all the internal walls connected with the observation room except the necessary windows outside the observation window, all the holes should be sealed tightly, and the sound insulation capacity of the brick wall should be greater than 40db(a). The computer room adopts fire-proof and sound-proof doors and windows.

2) Air intake and exhaust. After the sound insulation treatment of the computer room, the ventilation and heat dissipation of the computer room should be solved. The air inlet should be set in the same straight line with the generator set and the air outlet. The air inlet shall be equipped with a resistor muffler. Because the pressure loss of the air inlet is also within the allowable range, the air flow in and out of the machine room can be naturally balanced, and the ventilation and heat dissipation effect is obvious.

3) Sound absorption treatment. The five walls in the machine room except the ground can be used as sound absorption treatment. According to the frequency spectrum characteristics of the generator set, the perforated plate vibration sound absorption structure is adopted.

4) The communication of indoor air and good sound insulation in the machine room will hinder the convection of air in the machine room when the closed water-cooled generator set is shut down, and the indoor high temperature cannot be reduced in time. This problem can be solved by using low noise axial flow fan and resistive muffler.

5) Vibration isolation of the unit. Before the installation of the generator set, vibration isolation should be carried out in strict accordance with the relevant information provided by the manufacturer to avoid the long-distance transmission of structural sound, which will continuously radiate air sound during the transmission process, so that the noise level at the factory boundary can not meet the standard. For the existing generator set that needs to be treated because of exceeding the standard, the vibration of the ground near the generator set must be measured. If the vibration is obvious, the generator set should be isolated first.

After effectively reducing noise, in order to make the computer room environment more beautiful and practical, microporous aluminum-plastic perforated plates are usually used to decorate the sound absorption layer of walls and ceilings, and the lighting system is reasonably configured.
