Third, the service mode and service content

2. The trustee shall adjust, inspect, lubricate and clean the elevator in strict accordance with the maintenance process to ensure the normal operation of the elevator.

3. During the contract service period, the trustee will be on call when there is an emergency failure of the elevator. Within 20 minutes after the Trustee receives the telephone notification of the elevator fault from the entrusting party, the maintenance personnel will rush to the scene to eliminate the fault in time.

4. After both parties sign the contract, the Trustee shall conduct comprehensive debugging and maintenance of the elevator in the contract free of charge according to the requirements of the entrusting party.

Fourth, the service cost.

3. The maintenance personnel of the entrusted party must make maintenance records for the daily inspection and maintenance of the elevator and the fault maintenance of the elevator. The record form shall be used as the contract execution record, service quality and settlement basis after being signed and approved by the specific person in charge of the entrusting party.

Seven. Responsibilities and rights of the trustee

1, to help establish a sound management system. Ensure the normal operation of the elevator through normal maintenance.

2. Be responsible for explaining the parts that need to be replaced to the entrusting party. After the consent of the entrusting party, it shall be replaced by the entrusted party (the materials shall be reimbursed or provided by the entrusting party). The trustee has the obligation to assist the principal in planning, purchasing and storing spare parts and materials.

3. According to the requirements of elevator maintenance and overhaul cycle (three to five years), provide maintenance and overhaul plans and schemes on schedule for the entrusting party's reference and decision-making.

4. When the entrusting party requests the entrusting party to provide services other than those listed in this contract, all expenses shall be borne by the entrusting party, and the entrusting party shall implement the services after signing the commitment in the form of quotation.

5. During the service period, the equipment loss or personal injury caused by the agent's inadequate maintenance shall be borne by the agent.

6. Be obligated to keep confidential the technical data and information provided by the entrusting party.

7. Be responsible for contacting the Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau where the entrusting party is located to conduct annual inspection of the elevator (the annual inspection fee shall be borne by the entrusting party).

8. If the contract needs to be continued upon expiration, priority shall be given to ensuring that it is lower than the original contract price.

Eight. Responsibilities and rights of the entrusting party

1, responsible for establishing and improving the normal management system.

3. Under the guidance of the trustee, be responsible for checking and recording the main safety devices of the elevator, the oil level of the main engine, the lubrication of all parts and the operation of the elevator every week, and cleaning the main parts of the whole equipment (hall door, car, machine room, etc.). ).

4, responsible for providing a full set of elevator technical information.

5. Be responsible for examining and approving the repair plans and schemes of the entrusted party and implementing them in time, and making reserve plans for equipment, materials and spare parts.

6. Responsible for assisting in the maintenance of the trustee.

7. Responsible for handing over the keys of elevator machine room, base station and landing door to a group of special departments or administrators for management, and other departments and personnel shall not hold them, so as to clarify the safety management responsibility of elevators.

8. In case of improper use and management of the entrusting party or man-made damage, the liability limit shall be appraised and confirmed by the local technical supervision bureau, and the expenses incurred therefrom shall be borne by the responsible party.

Nine. Items not undertaken in this contract

1. All renovation, repair, installation, replacement, cleaning or maintenance works of products and auxiliary equipment mentioned in this contract (such as shaft wall, I-beam of shaft, shaft lamp, shaft waterproof, bottom hole isolation net, power supply of machine room, etc.). ).

X. liability for breach of contract

1. If the elevator is damaged during maintenance, the trustee shall be responsible for the maintenance and pay all the expenses.

2. If the elevator fails to operate normally due to the reasons of the entrusting party or the entrusting party is not satisfied with its work, the entrusting party has the right to terminate the contract unilaterally and demand the entrusting party to compensate the losses caused to the entrusting party. Termination of the contract requires a written notice to the trustee one month in advance.

X. Other agreements

1. This contract shall come into effect after being signed and sealed by the representatives of both parties.

2. This contract is made in quadruplicate, two for the entrusting party and two for the entrusted party.
