What are the professional grades of intelligent building managers?

There are four levels of intelligent building managers: intelligent building managers (level 4), intelligent building managers (level 3), intelligent building managers (level 2) and intelligent building managers (level 1).

Intelligent Building Manager (Level 4): Operate, apply and maintain intelligent building equipment and systems, which are suitable for operators of intelligent building property companies, such as plumbers, refrigeration workers, heating and ventilating workers, boiler workers and decorators. Able to skillfully use basic skills and independently complete the routine work of this major; Under certain circumstances, be able to use specialized skills to complete technically complicated work;

Intelligent Building Manager (Level 3): Technical personnel suitable for intelligent building property management companies, such as team leaders and system maintenance technicians, for maintenance and troubleshooting of intelligent building equipment and systems. Able to skillfully use basic skills and specialized skills to complete more complex work, including some unconventional work; Able to handle problems in work independently; Can guide and train level 4 personnel;

Intelligent Building Manager (Grade II): Analysis and secondary development of intelligent building equipment and systems, suitable for middle-level technical managers of intelligent buildings, such as property technical managers and engineering managers; Able to skillfully use special skills and special skills to complete complex unconventional work; Master the key technical skills of this major, and be able to handle and solve technical or technological problems independently; Can guide and train the third and fourth level personnel; Have certain engineering and technical management ability;

Intelligent building manager (level 1): to carry out the overall coordinated operation and energy-saving operation of intelligent building equipment and systems, suitable for senior technical managers of intelligent building property, such as chief property engineer; Innovation of technical skills; Can guide and train the second, third and fourth level personnel; Have certain engineering and technical management ability.
