Pujiang Country Park, located in Puxing Highway, Minhang District, Shanghai (north of Dazhi), is a suburban urban forest country park with forest recreation and waterfront leisure as its main functions.

As far as its characteristic orientation is concerned, the park is a suburban autumn scenery park with the theme of art, with countryside, city, art and autumn scenery as key words. It is full of primitive wild interests and rich cultural and artistic resources. There is Shanghai Theatre Academy in the north, China Film World (tentative name) in the east and Changshou Temple in the west. These cultural resources will be fully utilized in the construction process to provide leisure space with artistic characteristics for the citizens, such as forest performing arts, meditation gardens, art workshops, gardening islands and so on. Country parks will try to maintain the existing vegetation to ensure their wildness. The first-phase start-up area is rich in vegetation. According to the requirements of ecology, species and landscape diversity, the key tree species are evergreen camphor tree, deciduous ginkgo and tallow, as well as magnolia grandiflora, cedar, osmanthus fragrans, Huangshan Luan tree, Chinese fir and Albizia Albizia.
