What are the procedures for renting a house?

1. When both parties sign a contract, a deposit or rent or deposit is generated.

Second, both parties keep copies of each other's information. The lessee shall keep a copy of the landlord's ID card and real estate license, and the lessor shall keep a copy of the lessee's ID card. (Copies can be crossed to prevent others from using them)

2. Register and check the quantity, newness and usage of indoor furniture, electrical appliances and facilities.

Third, the meter reading base. Including the number of electric meters (the balance of prepaid electric meters needs to be recorded and settled when the contract is terminated), the number of water meters (ditto) and the number of gas meters (ditto). Before the signing of the contract, the expenses incurred at the bottom of the table shall be borne by the lessor, and the expenses incurred thereafter shall be borne by the lessee.

4. Hand over the house keys, access cards, parking spaces, etc. If necessary, the lessor will take the lessee to the property registration, and if the management is strict, it will also need to register with the local police station and neighborhood Committee.
