Millennium city phase 5

Millennium City 5 is a mixed building of shopping malls and office buildings in Hong Kong. It is located in Kwun Tong, Kowloon, and consists of several building parts, namely "apm" shopping mall and "Bank of East Asia Center" Millennium City 5 office building (the office building was completed in 2004, while the shopping mall was completed in 2005).

Apm *** is connected by four air-conditioned footbridges, which respectively connect MTR Kwun Tong Station, Yuminfang eastbound and Kwun Tong Road, Qiao Ming Street Hong Kong Trade Center and Century City Kaiyuan Road Crocodile Building Reconstruction Project. In addition, pedestrians can enter apm from the main entrance of Kwun Tong Road.

The footbridge connecting the subway station has also been reconstructed, and the reconstructed footbridge is more than twice as wide as the original one.

[Bank of East Asia Center]

Bank of East Asia Center, located at No.418, Kwun Tong Road, was completed in 2004, with an office area of over 740,000 square feet, of which 15 floor is the logistics headquarters of Bank of East Asia, and the top floor of the office building can enjoy the view of Victoria Harbour. It was built by Sun Hung Kai Properties.

In 2003, the Bank of East Asia spent 65.438+300 million yuan to buy more than 400,000 square feet on the 65.438+05 floor as the logistics headquarters of the Bank of East Asia, and obtained the naming rights of the building. There are seven departments including computer department, personnel department, training department, audit department, financial control department and facilities department, which accommodate about 2000 employees. The lobby of the office building is located on the second floor. The building has a 368-seat lecture hall and a 300-seat lecture hall, which are respectively used for staff training activities and customer investment lectures of the Bank of East Asia.

[Hong Kong Trade Centre]

Hong Kong Trade Center is a commercial building located in Qiao Ming Street, Kwun Tong. Built by Sun Hung Kai Properties, 1995 completed. Because the building is connected with the fifth phase of Century City, it attracts a large number of workers to use the Hong Kong Trade Center to go to Qiao Ming Street on weekdays.

The main design of the elevator lobby of this building is marble. However, after the opening of Century City Phase V, Kangye Property of Sun Hung Kai Properties renovated the elevator lobby (access to Qiao Ming Street) and replaced it with the same floor tiles as Century City Phase V, which were included in apm.

Most of the merchants in this building are in the wholesale industry, attracting people to visit and buy pianos, bird's nest and so on.
