Under the condition that the address, capacity and category of electricity consumption remain unchanged, it is allowed to change its name or transfer ownership; 2. The original user should settle the debt with the power supply enterprise to terminate the original power supply and consumption relationship; 3. If the new user fails to handle the transfer formalities and transfers the ownership, it shall bear the debts of the original user. When the power supply enterprise discovers that the user has transferred the ownership privately, it shall notify the household to go through the formalities, and may suspend the power supply if necessary. Resident users:

1. Identity information of new and original households;

2. Power address ownership certificate;

4. If it is represented by another person, the identity certificate and power of attorney of the agent shall also be provided.

Non-resident users:

1. Identity information of new and original households;

4. If it is represented by another person, the identity certificate and power of attorney of the agent shall also be provided.
