Owners' committee fired the property. What should I do with the property?

The owners' committee expelled the property, and the property should be evacuated from the community. The steps are as follows.

1. From the expected termination date of the contract, the owners' meeting shall be held at least 90 days in advance, and these materials shall be publicized in the community 15 days before the meeting: notice of the meeting and dismissal of the property service enterprise.

2. At least 20% of the owners jointly propose property fire protection, or the owners' committee reaches an agreement on property fire protection.

3, with the consent of the owners whose exclusive parts account for more than half of the total construction area, and the number of owners who agree to dismiss the property is more than half, the owners' meeting may make a decision to dismiss the property service enterprise. Inform the property management company in writing within 3 days after the decision is made.
