According to the Interim Measures for Open Recruitment of Institutions in Anhui Province, with the consent of the county party committee and county government and the approval of Fuyang Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, some institutions in our county recruit 78 staff in 20 12 years. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

First, the recruitment principle

Second, the number of recruits, positions and conditions

It is planned to recruit 78 people, including 3 people from the county food and drug inspection institute, 5 people from the county fixed assets investment audit bureau, 5 people from institutions under the county people's social security bureau, 32 family planning service personnel from the county family planning service station 1 person, and 32 family planning information personnel from the township family planning service station. Third, employment benefits.

1. The personnel recruited by the County Food and Drug Inspection Institute, the County Fixed Assets Investment Audit Bureau, the institutions affiliated to the County People's Social Security Bureau and the county family planning service station are fully funded and unified into the establishment management, and the salary is implemented with reference to the salary system of the institutions; 2. Township family planning service personnel and township family planning information personnel are supernumerary management personnel, and do not go through the recruitment procedures. The county population and family planning commission and the personnel to be hired sign an employment contract. The initial employment contract period is three years, and the salary is implemented with reference to the salary system of public institutions, and various social insurances are handled.

When registering, you must provide graduation certificate (graduates should provide employment recommendation form stamped by their school), professional and technical qualification certificate, original and photocopy of ID card, and three recent two-inch color bareheaded photos, and fill in the Registration Form for Recruitment of Staff in Taihe County Institutions (Annex 2) (this form can be downloaded by yourself). Each applicant is limited to one position. According to relevant regulations, the examination fee is 45 yuan for each subject and 90 yuan for two subjects.

Applicants must provide true and accurate information when registering and sign the registration form in good faith. Our county must provide relevant proof that the unit agrees to apply for the exam when the editors apply for the exam.

Competition must be formed when applying for the same post, and the ratio of the number of applicants to the number of job recruiters shall not be less than 3: 1 (the ratio of the posts of township family planning service offices to the posts of township family planning information officers shall not be less than 2: 1). If the required proportion cannot be reached, the number of recruitment positions should be reduced or cancelled accordingly.

(3) Qualification examination

County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau is responsible for qualification examination, and relevant staff carefully examine graduation certificate, professional and technical post certificate, ID card, etc. Provided by the applicant, and put forward examination opinions on the spot. At the end of registration, those who fail to reach the proportion of opening the examination will be notified to apply for other positions.

The written test is organized by the County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. The contents of the written test are "Professional Ability Test" and "Professional Knowledge". The main contents of "professional ability test" are speech comprehension and expression, common sense judgment, quantitative relationship, judgment reasoning and data analysis. "Professional knowledge" mainly tests the basic professional knowledge and business ability required for the job application. The full marks of "Professional Ability Test" and "Professional Knowledge" are 100 respectively. The examination date is April 15. The specific time and place of the exam can be found on the admission ticket.

(5) Qualification examination

According to the order of the total written test scores from high to low, the list of qualification examiners shall be determined according to the ratio of the number of recruits to the number of applicants 1: 1 (when the total written test scores are the same, the professional knowledge test scores shall prevail). If there is a vacancy due to unqualified qualification review or abstention of candidates, it will be replenished equally from high to low according to the total written test scores of the same post personnel, and the replenishment is limited to one time.

(6) Investigation and physical examination

The inspection and physical examination work is organized and implemented by Taihe County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the competent department of the recruiting unit. The investigation mainly focuses on the candidates' political ideology, moral quality, professional ability and work performance (academic performance). The physical examination shall be conducted in a general hospital above Grade II, with reference to the physical examination standards and operating procedures of civil servants. The medical examination expenses shall be borne by the candidates themselves according to the prescribed standards. If there is a vacancy in the recruitment position due to unqualified examination or physical examination, the candidates in the same position will be replenished according to the test scores from high to low (the replenishment is limited to one time).

(7) Publicity and employment

Those who pass the medical examination and inspection shall be publicized as the intended employees. The publicity time is 7 days. If there is no objection or the problems reflected do not affect the employment, the employment procedures shall be handled according to the prescribed procedures.
