The fire protection personnel of the unit shall conduct fire inspection every day.

Key units of fire safety shall conduct daily fire inspection, and fire inspection in public gathering places during business hours shall be conducted at least once every two hours. Organs, organizations and institutions shall conduct fire inspection at least once every quarter, and other units shall conduct fire inspection at least once a month.

The fire rescue institutions of local people's governments at or above the county level shall identify the units that may cause fire, heavy casualties or property losses as the key units of fire safety within their respective administrative areas, and the emergency management departments shall report to the people's governments at the corresponding levels for the record.

Key fire safety units shall perform the following fire safety duties in addition to the duties prescribed by relevant laws:
