How does your family deal with kitchen waste and soup leftovers?

Regarding kitchen waste, I also want to know if there is a reasonable, clean and convenient way to deal with it. Especially when the weather is hot, I hate to pay attention to this rotten and smelly, and there are many small mosquitoes. I usually put the soup directly into the sewer of the sink, and then who will flush it. Pack all those garbage leftovers in another garbage bag. Don't breathe, or it will stink easily in hot weather. Pack it all and put it in the trash can. There is a garbage bin in the kitchen, which can be put in and thrown out when you go out at night.
