Article 44 of the Regulations on the Administration of Safe Use of Natural Gas

The base property and gas users shall cooperate, assist and supervise the gas company to conduct gas safety inspection for units and residents at least once a year.

Article 45

To carry out the inspection of residents' living gas, it shall include but not be limited to the following contents:

(a) to detect whether the gas meter and the pipeline interface are leaking;

(two) the use of gas concentration detection alarm and gas hose;

(3) It is forbidden to set gas equipment and facilities in the bedroom. The clear height of the room where the gas stove is installed should not be less than 2.2m, and the clear distance between the gas stove and the wall should not be less than 0. 1 m;

(four) the length of the gas hose should not exceed 2 meters, and there should be no interface;

(5) The gas water heater should be installed in a well-ventilated non-residential room, corridor or balcony, and the water heater should adopt a forced smoke exhaust system, and the air supply and exhaust cylinder should adopt metal pipes;

(six) to check the safe use of natural gas by residents and publicize the knowledge of gas safety. Article 43 Gas appliances shall meet the following requirements:

(1) The joint between gas hose and pipeline and gas appliance shall be fixed by compression nut (lock nut) or pipe clamp (throat clamp), and a valve shall be set at the joint between the upstream of the hose and the hard pipe;

(two) the hose shall not pass through walls, ceilings, floors, doors and windows, and the hose shall be replaced at least once every two years.
