Does the property company have the right to rent idle houses?

1) If the idle house belongs to the property right of the developer, the property management company can rent it with the authorization of the developer;

2) If the idle house is a property right house, it belongs to all owners, and the property has no right to rent, unless it is approved by the "double and half" owners, the income belongs to all owners except the management expenses of the property company;

3) If the idle house belongs to the individual owner, the property management company will entrust the individual owner to rent it.
