Notice of Yichang COVID-19 Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters on Further Strengthening the Management of Parking Order in Yichang City

With the gradual recovery of urban road traffic, traffic congestion caused by occupying roads and parking. In order to further strengthen the parking order management in Yichang City, according to the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China and its implementing regulations, the Regulations on Urban Road Management and other laws and regulations, relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

First, motor vehicles should be parked in parking lots or road parking spaces. Parking in road parking spaces should be orderly parked in the direction of the arrow. It is strictly forbidden to park on roads, units or residential entrances and exits, and fire emergency exits without parking spaces.

Two, the temporary parking of motor vehicles on the road should be close to the edge of the road, that is, stop and go, the driver shall not leave the cab, and comply with the following provisions:

It is strictly forbidden to park on the road sections with no-stop signs, no-stop markings or isolation facilities;

It is strictly forbidden to park at intersections, railway crossings, sharp bends, bridges, steep slopes, tunnels, narrow roads with a width less than 4 meters, and sections within 50 meters from the above locations;

It is strictly forbidden to park at bus stops, gas stations, first aid stations, fire hydrants or fire brigades, as well as sections within 30 meters from the above locations;

Parking at crosswalks and construction sections is prohibited.

Third, streets, communities and residential properties should strictly implement the "health code" green code access system, guide drivers and passengers to enter and exit in an orderly manner with the "health green code", and must not block vehicles from entering and leaving the residential area or parking lot on the grounds of no vehicle pass.

4. The original Vehicle Pass and Bus Pass issued by Yichang Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters will be invalid from now on.

Five, please the majority of traffic participants consciously abide by the laws and regulations of road traffic safety, strictly implement this notice, obey the command and management of duty personnel. Violation of road traffic safety laws and regulations, public security traffic police departments, urban management departments will be dealt with according to law; Obstruct law enforcement, shall be punished by the public security organs according to the "People's Republic of China (PRC) public security management punishment law"; Anyone suspected of committing a crime shall be investigated for criminal responsibility according to law.

Six, this notice shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.
