Is the contract still valid after the property company changes its legal person?

Property companies have no right to interfere with the change of legal person owners. To change a legal person, you need to bring an application form, business license, certificate of change, and relevant information of legal representative to the industrial and commercial bureau to apply for registration of change. According to relevant laws and regulations, the name of a legal person can only be changed after one year of company registration.
