What are the new provisions of the Civil Code on property fees?

2. Article 944 of the Civil Code: The owner shall pay the property fee to the property service provider as agreed. 3. Article 944 of the Civil Law: A property service provider may not demand payment of property fees by stopping power supply, water supply, heat supply and gas supply.

4. Article 282 of the Civil Code: The income obtained by the construction unit, the property service enterprise or other managers from the owners shall be owned by the owners after deducting reasonable expenses.
