Nanyang customs bonded area

20 14 12 Nanyang Wolong comprehensive bonded zone was officially approved by the State Council. This is the second comprehensive bonded zone established in Henan Province after Zhengzhou Xinzheng Comprehensive Bonded Zone, which is of great significance and far-reaching influence to the economic and social development of Nanyang City. It marks that Nanyang's economy has a big platform in line with the world, that Nanyang has reached a new commanding height in the process of the rise of the Central Plains, and that Nanyang's opening to the outside world will enter a new stage.

Nanyang Wolong Comprehensive Bonded Zone is located in the north of Nanyang Photoelectric Industry Cluster, covering an area of 3.03 square kilometers. Comprehensive Bonded Zone is a special open area with the highest opening level, the most favorable policies, the most complete functions and the most simplified procedures in China. International entrepot trade, international procurement and distribution, international transit and commodity display can be carried out in the area. Enterprises in the zone enjoy many preferential policies, such as bonded inbound and outbound goods, tax refund for goods outside the zone, tax exemption for production equipment and infrastructure materials of enterprises in the zone, and exemption from value-added tax and consumption tax for goods transactions between enterprises in the zone.

Nanyang Wolong Comprehensive Bonded Zone will rely on advantageous industries such as photoelectricity and equipment manufacturing, and focus on four functions: port, bonded processing, goods trade and bonded logistics.
