I do real estate warranty in China Resources, which is the largest shareholder of Vanke. Personally, I think it may be better to go to other property companies to do customer service for the following reasons:

First, the preparation problem, the company's preparation for this position is generally not the preparation of real estate, that is, it is not the preparation of Vanke real estate, but the preparation of real estate is good, so the salary may be similar, and the five insurances and one gold are not complete ~ ~ ~

Second, the nature of the work, the reception staff in the model room should receive the customers in the model room without major accidents, sometimes provide refreshments, clean up the disposable shoe covers left by customers in time, keep the model room clean and tidy, and check the normal and good operation of the equipment and facilities in the house in time, and so on. Limited work, job prospects and gains may be inferior. After jumping to the next job, you may not have much accumulated experience.

Personally, I think it's better to find property services. After all, you have contacted customers or owners. Although the work of property services may sometimes encounter some thorny problems, or some tricky customers and owners, after all, you have contacted front-line customers and owners, and it is more convenient to transfer to the sales office as a sales consultant in the future, or you don't want to change careers and continue to work hard in the direction of customer service supervisor, or it is more difficult. Not bad, it can be attacked and defended.
