3, the swimming pool is different. Compared with the staircase room, the elevator room has a low room rate and a large swimming pool area. Generally, a high-rise residential building with a calibrated area of about 90 square meters has an indoor area of about 78 square meters. Staircase has a large practical area because there is no common area such as elevator, waiting hall, pipeline well, fire fighting facilities and refuge floor.

4. The building technology is different, and the stairwell is mostly brick-concrete structure. Elevator rooms are mostly frame-shear structures. Elevator room is more advanced and safer than stairwell in construction technology, fire escape, earthquake resistance and disaster prevention.

5, the cost of living is different, the elevator room is much higher than the escalator room. If water and electricity are cut off, the owner of this elevator room can say that the high-level owner of this elevator room will be miserable.
