Does a single purchase include a property fee? Why?

Not included. Single procurement refers to the procurement method adopted by the procurement subject to sign a procurement contract with the supplier to obtain its goods, projects and services free of charge. Property fee refers to the fee that the property manager should pay according to the property service contract when providing property services. It is the owner's obligation to pay the property fee. In the process of purchase, it will involve the payment of property fees, but this is different from a single purchase including property fees. The payment of property fees is usually carried out outside the purchase contract, and there are two different legal relationships. Therefore, a single purchase does not include property fees.
