Does the property have the responsibility or obligation to provide office space for the community to settle in?

The law does not stipulate that the office space of the property is endowed by law. There is only the management room of the property management Committee, but no office room in the community. Even if the property management space is too large, there is no right to allocate space. This space is decided by the property management committee, not by the property company.
