Which community is better, the R&F Apple Community in Chaoyang District or Lecheng International?

I just bought a house last month and finally chose Apple Community.

I have paid attention to these communities. If the money is not bad, I personally feel that the order of these three communities is R&F City, Lecheng International and Apple Community.

R&F is a relatively good community that combines lots, brands, property management, surrounding environment and other factors. But in the end, I chose the Apple community, mainly because of the budget problem.
