4, home isolation personnel must eat in a separate living room. Tableware, towels and other daily necessities need to be boiled 15 minutes after use or disinfected with chlorine-containing disinfectant and 75% alcohol; Disinfect the ground with 84 disinfectant at least once a day; After use, the toilet must be disinfected with 84 disinfectant or other disinfectants in time.

6. The garbage generated by home isolation personnel must be properly disposed of. Used clothes, paper towels, masks, etc. , chlorine-containing disinfectant should be sprayed until it is completely infiltrated, put into sealed garbage bags, tie the bag mouth tightly, and then put into special garbage cans. The community or village will designate a special person to collect it every day, and manage and dispose of it according to medical waste to prevent secondary pollution.

7. Within 1 day, the temperature of the isolated person at home must be measured at least twice. The body temperature can be measured by the isolated person himself or his family members. If it is difficult to measure by himself, the medical staff in the community or village will be responsible for the measurement. When the quarantined personnel have suspicious symptoms such as fever, dry cough and fatigue, they should report to the village or community in time, and take necessary protective measures to go to the designated hospital in time.

8. People who live with people who are isolated at home must do personal protection. Wear a medical mask when entering the house of the quarantined person. When the mask is wet or dirty by secretions, change it immediately and wash your hands frequently for disinfection. Isolated people should try to reduce the space use of people living with them, and wear medical masks when entering to reduce the stay time.

9, community or village home isolation personnel must be normalized disinfection. In residential areas with property management, the property is responsible for the disinfection of public areas (elevators, corridors, etc.). Every day, and there is no property in the community responsible for disinfection. Villagers are responsible for disinfecting the public areas under their jurisdiction every day.

10. Those who violate the requirements must be investigated and dealt with according to law. Home isolation personnel are controlled by their village or community. Those who are isolated at home and go out at will, and those who refuse to carry out the decisions and orders issued by the people's government in an emergency, shall be given a warning or imposed a fine of not more than 200 yuan by the public security organ according to the provisions of Article 50 of the Regulations on Administrative Penalties for Public Security. If the circumstances are serious, they shall be detained for more than 5 days and fined for less than 500 yuan.

Legal basis: Article 39 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases. Medical institutions shall take the following measures in time when they find Class A infectious diseases:

(a) isolation treatment of patients and pathogen carriers, and the isolation period shall be determined according to the results of medical examination;

Medical institutions must, in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations, disinfect and dispose of places, articles and medical wastes contaminated by infectious disease pathogens in their own units.
