New Policy Requirements of Small Table Trusteeship in Weifang City

1. Student "Small Table" Sponsor:

It is required to register with the sub-district office of the people's government of the township (town) where the enterprise is located and get a record card. When filing, an application form, a copy of ID card, a description of catering service process and a list of equipment and facilities shall be provided. The area of the business premises and the number of students who can accommodate meals, indicating the health certificates, food safety commitments, fire safety commitments and other materials of the promoters and employees.

_2. The Opinions require that

Business premises shall not be located in basements or semi-basements and other areas that do not conform to the provisions of the Food Safety Law on business premises. The catering service operation room, dining room and toilet should be set separately. The ground should be paved with anti-slip, anti-seepage and easy-to-clean materials. The business premises shall be equipped with facilities and equipment such as cleaning, disinfection, cleaning, freezing, cold storage and food sample collection, and ensure normal use.

"Small dining table" business premises are not allowed to keep pets, it is strictly forbidden to use food additives beyond the scope and beyond the limit, and it is not allowed to supply high-risk foods such as cold meat food, raw food, decorated cakes, fresh day lily green beans, wild mushrooms and sprouted potatoes to students. And other foods prohibited from processing by laws and regulations. It is forbidden to park electric bicycles or pile up sundries in the room (house) and emergency exits.
