Property companies cannot undertake hotel security services.

General security is provided by specialized security companies. The realty service enterprise may entrust the special service business within the realty management area to a professional service enterprise, but may not entrust all the realty management within the area to others.

According to the security service contract, the security service company sends security guards to provide services such as doorman, patrol, guard, escort, personal guard, security inspection, security technology prevention and security risk assessment for the client unit.
