Conditions for applying for property management certificate:

(1) Obtained technical secondary school education in economics, management science and engineering or civil engineering, and worked for 10 years, including 8 years in property management.

(two) to obtain a college degree in economics, management science and engineering or civil engineering, and to work for 6 years, including 4 years in property management.

(three) to obtain a bachelor's degree in economics, management science and engineering or civil engineering, and have worked for 4 years, including 3 years in property management.

(4) Graduated from a double bachelor's degree or postgraduate program in economics, management science and engineering or civil engineering, and worked for 3 years, including 2 years in property management.

The following materials are required for initial registration:

(1) Application Form for Initial Registration of People's Republic of China (PRC) Property Manager.

(2) qualification certificate.

(3) the labor contract signed with the employer.

(four) the continuing education certification materials of those who apply for initial registration within the time limit.
