The subscription book generally includes the following contents:

1. Subscribe for real estate. Some developers require buyers to promise to accept property management services and accept the relevant constraints in the agreement before determining the property management company, service standards and fees, which is an infringement on consumers' right to know. Therefore, property buyers should separately sign property management clauses or set other clauses in the subscription agreement to determine the standard of property management fees;

2. House price, including apartment type, area, unit price (currency), total price, etc.

3. Payment methods, including one-time payment, installment payment and mortgage payment;

4. Subscription, including matters needing attention in subscription, deposit, time of signing formal treaty, place of payment, account, signing place, etc.

After signing the subscription book, the developer will also issue the Notice of Signing to the purchaser, so that the purchaser can clearly understand the details, and the purchaser can successfully sign the purchase agreement, including: the signing place, the documents that the purchaser should carry, the certificate of power of attorney when the purchaser entrusts others to sign the contract, the loan voucher and the payment of relevant taxes.
