A, closed water test steps

It should be noted that although the waterproof construction has ended, the waterproof coating may not be completely dried, and it will take 2 days (48 hours) to be basically dried, so the closed water test can be carried out.

2. The closed water test was carried out under the condition that the waterproof space was completely sealed. Before filling the space with water, all sewer pipes in this space should be blocked with closed water plugs, and a certain height of putty powder or waterproof cement should be piled at the door to prevent water from being stolen from the door.

3. After doing the above work, water can be injected into the room. Stop water injection when the water level reaches 3 cm to 5 cm above the ground, and mark the water level on the water surface with an oily pen.

4. After 24 hours of water injection, the owner, foreman and returning workers need to return to the construction site to check whether the water level in the waterproof area has dropped and ask the residents downstairs whether they have found water seepage. If the water level does not drop significantly and there is no water seepage under the building, it means that the waterproof work is done in place.

5. The partition wall between the bathroom and the kitchen is generally a light wall. The waterproof test of light wall is water spraying test. Spray the wall from top to bottom for 3 minutes. After 4 hours, observe whether there will be infiltration on the other side of the wall. If there is no infiltration, it can be considered that the waterproof construction is qualified.

1. The closed water test shall be conducted for a period of time after waterproofing, and the waterproof material shall be completely dried.

2. The closed water experiment needs the owner, the property management department and the neighbors downstairs to participate in the inspection to see if there is water leakage. If there is no water leakage, they will sign a contract together to show that they are qualified.

3. The pipes and floor drains in the closed water laboratory should be blocked and kept watertight, otherwise the experimental results will be affected.

4. When the toilet and kitchen are closed, the door should be blocked, and a dam should be built with putty powder or cement to make the water level reach the corresponding height, so that the water will not run from the door.

5. When discharging water, place a cover or basin at the impact of water flow to reduce the impact of water flow on the waterproof layer, make the experimental results more accurate and reduce the damage to the waterproof layer.
