The so-called branch is relative to the head office. There is no need for capital injection or capital verification. Qualification is the qualification of the head office. Invoices can be issued separately, and taxes are managed by the local tax department of the branch. A branch company cannot set up an investor or a legal representative, and it is a responsible person system. Specific handling: go to the local administrative department for industry and commerce with the original business license of the head office, the original tax registration certificate, the original enterprise code certificate, the original qualification certificate of the head office, the power of attorney signed by the legal person of the head office, the letter of appointment of the person in charge, the seal of the legal person of the head office and the lease contract of the office space of the branch office. Then go to the tax department for tax registration, to the Bureau of Technical and Quality Supervision for enterprise code certificate, and to the People's Bank for account opening permit. The whole process is the same as applying for a business license, except that capital verification is not required.
