Decision of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region on Amending the Regulations of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region on Property Management (2004)

1. Paragraph 1 of Article 11 is amended as: "Convening an owners' meeting or owners' congress and making decisions at the meeting shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of relevant state laws and administrative regulations." 2. Paragraph 1 of Article 12 is amended as: "The owners' committee is an organization elected by the owners' congress or the owners' congress, and handles specific affairs assigned by the owners' congress or the owners' congress in property management activities. Delete the second paragraph of this article. Article 39 is amended as: "The owner shall use the property according to the designed purpose. If it is necessary to change the design purpose of the property due to special circumstances, it shall obtain the written consent of the neighboring owners, the owners' congress or the owners' congress, inform the property management enterprise, and go through the relevant formalities according to law.

In the property management area, public buildings and facilities built according to the plan shall not change their nature of use, except in special circumstances and with the consent of the owners' congress or the owners' congress and handling relevant procedures according to law. In addition, according to this decision, some texts have been revised and the order of articles has been adjusted accordingly.

This decision shall come into force as of July 6, 2004.

The "Regulations" of property management in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region shall be revised according to this decision and re-promulgated.
