The property is responsible for the loss of things in the garage. According to the relevant regulations, the realty service enterprise shall provide corresponding services in accordance with the stipulations of the realty service contract. The realty service enterprise fails to perform the realty service contract, causing personal and property safety damage to the owner, and shall bear corresponding legal responsibilities according to law. When undertaking the property, the realty service enterprise shall go through the formalities of property acceptance with the owners' committee. The management agreement shall stipulate the use, maintenance and management of the property, the interests of the owners, the obligations that the owners should perform and the responsibilities that they should bear if they violate the management agreement.

Property management services include:

1, public security management. Personal safety and property safety of owners in residential areas, as well as the safety management of buildings and their equipment and facilities, and at the same time formulate and implement a sound safety system;

2. Public facilities management. The management of municipal facilities such as communication, post and telecommunications, water supply, heat supply, gas supply and power supply also belongs to the management scope of property management companies;

3. Vehicle traffic management. The management of the main passages, parking spaces and facilities in the residential area where the house is located also belongs to the scope of property services;

4. Various life services. Send children to kindergarten, order milk, send newspapers, see a doctor, send medicine and other life services.
