According to official website's inquiry, Shenzhen Property Management Industry Association and Shenzhen Property Management Industry Association held a special training course on commercial property management, which passed the training examination and was awarded a certificate of completion. Shenzhen Property Management Industry Association was established on June 28th, 1993, which is the first association organization in the property management industry in China.
