(1) For the repair of accident vehicles within the insurance coverage, the repair cost shall be borne by the insurance company and the company, and the customer only needs to pay the lost time caused by the repair, and the daily lost time fee shall be charged according to the daily rent; All responsibilities and losses except the insurance liability caused by vehicle accidents shall be borne by the customer;

(2) When a vehicle accident occurs, please pay attention to personal safety and report it to the insurance company at the first time; If the insurance company refuses to pay compensation due to the customer's delay in reporting the case or other customer reasons, all expenses shall be borne by the customer;

(3) After the vehicle accident, the customer repairs the vehicle without the approval of the company, and the expenses shall be borne by the customer, and the customer shall bear other losses caused thereby.

(4) The vehicle is not insured against wading loss. If the vehicle is damaged due to water ingress, all losses shall be borne by the customer.

After the accident of the leased vehicle, the customer has the following three options for the maintenance of the leased vehicle:

(1) Enter the insurance claims procedure of the insurance company. After the insurance company determines the damage, it will go to the maintenance place designated by the car rental company for maintenance. If you choose this scheme, the customer must provide the materials needed for claim settlement, and the car rental company will deduct the customer's car use index according to the actual situation.

(2) When the car rental company repairs the vehicle, the customer needs to pay the maintenance fee and lost time fee to the car rental company.

(3) During the period of renting a car, or after renewing the car, the customer goes to a legal maintenance place with Class II or above qualifications for maintenance. If this solution is chosen, customers do not need to pay maintenance fees and lost time fees to the car rental company.

Select the operation flow of the first treatment scheme.

(1) The customer should call the police immediately (1 10 for short).

(2) If there is a collision accident or minor personal injury accident on the traffic road, whether the vehicle is responsible or not, whether the third-party vehicle is damaged or not, I hope the customer will not solve it privately. The accident insurance company will not settle claims.

(3) For minor accidents on traffic roads that are not the responsibility of the vehicle, customers often find that after the accident is handled, the compensation obtained at the scene is not enough to repair the vehicle. Therefore, customers are advised to call our service personnel first.

(4) When driving a vehicle, the customer should prepare or carry the Traffic Accident Record of Vehicle-Object Collision (according to the local actual situation). In the event of a traffic accident, if the vehicle losses of both parties are less than 2000 yuan (inclusive) and the responsibilities are clear, the parties concerned shall check each other's certificates and insurance vouchers, fill in records, exchange contact information, and immediately report the case to our company. Vehicles of both parties can only be repaired after being appraised and inspected by insurance companies.

(5) If the traffic road collision accident is handled by the traffic police on the spot, it shall issue a traffic accident scene confirmation, and the one-time compensation amount for the third party's loss must be within 1000 yuan, and the loss of its own vehicle can only be repaired after the insurance company determines the loss.

(6) When a unilateral accident occurs on the traffic road, the customer must report to the traffic police. In the event of a unilateral accident on a non-traffic road, it is necessary to go to the relevant local public security department for the record and issue a certificate. It is necessary to provide the scene where the trace of the hit object matches the damaged part of the vehicle, so that the insurance company can inspect the scene.

(7) Since the insurance company only compensates for the losses caused by this accident, the customer will go to the maintenance place designated by our company for maintenance after the loss assessor determines the accident.

(8) If the customer finds that the insured vehicle is damaged when parking and cannot find the perpetrator, he should immediately call 1 10 or call the local police, because according to the insurance clauses, the insurance company only pays 70% of the loss at most.

(9) In the event of a bicycle accident (reported as 1 10), the driver's name, model, license plate, date, time and place of the accident must be written; The course and cause of the accident; Describe the loss and location of the vehicle and the third party. After writing, you must affix the seal of the residential property (the person who knocks the seal must take a photo and sign the date), and the local police station should seal it (the policeman who knocks the seal must sign to confirm the truth of the accident and sign the date). When a customer's accident involves compensation expenses other than his own car (Hi), the processing flow is as follows:

(1) Information of the accident counterparty that the customer needs to collect (information of the party without responsibility)

1. 1. Vehicle damage assessment information: copies of valid driver's license, driving license, insurance policy, original damage assessment sheet, maintenance invoice and list of accident parties shall be provided.

1.2. Personal injury (personal injury data): The injured person should provide all the vouchers, documents, invoices and copies of ID cards for seeing a doctor in the hospital (if there is any lost time, sick leave note, unit salary certificate and tax payment certificate should be provided; If the police coordinate, the mediation agreement shall have the original seal of the police station. If there is compensation, the other party should write a receipt and the original should be stamped by the police station. If you have a disability, you need to provide an identification certificate).

1.3. Material damage (material damage data): original damage list, maintenance invoice and list shall be provided.

(2) The fees paid to the other party (the non-responsible party) should be paid by the customer in advance, and then the customer will hand over all the information collected by the non-responsible party to the car rental company, which will claim compensation from the insurance company. During this period, the materials required by the insurance company shall be supplemented by the customer.

(3) After the insurance company claims, the car rental company will return the part that the customer has paid to the customer (the specific expenses will be paid by the insurance company, and the final refund amount of the car rental company will be determined according to the actual amount paid by the insurance company, not the actual amount paid by the customer).

Note 1: All materials must be complete and indispensable, and the original and copy must be clear, otherwise the insurance company will refuse to pay compensation and the customer will bear the corresponding responsibilities.

Note 2: The customer must provide the non-responsible party's materials to the car rental company completely within 30 days from the date of the accident, otherwise, it will be regarded as the customer's automatic waiver of the claim (especially serious personal injury accident, the cost exceeds 20,000 yuan, which can be postponed for 30 days accordingly).
