What's the difference between a property and a grid worker?

The definition, management service scope, service object and work nature of property and grid workers are different. Let's take the common things in daily life as an example and distinguish them from the above three aspects.

I. Different definitions

Property. The word property was introduced into China in 1980s, which refers to all kinds of houses and their supporting equipment, facilities and venues that have been built and put into use. Enterprises engaged in property management business are called property companies. They specialize in property management in specific areas and get corresponding remuneration. Property management personnel refer to the relevant staff in the property management industry. Generally speaking, the property we refer to in our life is the management of the property manager.

Grid worker. Grid members are groups that serve community residents, and community grid members are staff members who undertake specific tasks in the community grid management organization.

Second, the scope of management services is different.

Property management personnel. Their management scope is generally a community, and the object of management services is the owners of the community.

Grid worker. Their service scope is the whole community, and the service target is all residents of the community.

Third, the nature of work is different.

Property management personnel. The property manager is an employee of their property company. They are employed by a property management company and are profitable.

Grid worker. Some of them are leading cadres, some are community leaders, some are community workers, some are teachers, some are doctors, some are policemen, and some are temporarily employed by sub-district offices. Their main job is to understand, convey and solve people's feelings and help the government to complete community management and services, which is not profitable.
