Defendant Yang Jianbing, during his tenure as the chairman of Jilin Yuanchuang Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., linked his company to Jiangsu Nantong Liujian Construction Group Co., Ltd. on July 20 12, and contracted the second bid section project of Metrology Institute of Jilin Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision. In order to thank Ye Mou, then director of Jilin Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision, for his help in project bidding and project payment, he gave Ye Mou RMB 8 million three times from 20 12 to 20 13. Defendant Jilin Yuanchuang Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. and Defendant Yang Jianbing confessed to the above facts during the trial.
