If elevators are added in the original residential area, the new area belongs to all owners of the unit, and real estate registration is not carried out according to the house. No land price will be levied for the increased plot ratio, so as to avoid paying municipal infrastructure supporting fees and other provincial-level project-related administrative fees. Encourage elevator installation to implement general contracting.

(3) Optimize services. Local housing construction, market supervision, natural resources, civil affairs and other relevant departments should according to the division of functions, in accordance with the principle of simplification, convenience and efficiency, optimize the procedures, simplify procedures, formulate or improve the convenience or preferential policies and support measures for elevator installation, and earnestly do a good job in the supervision and service of elevator installation.

Quality and safety supervision departments should strengthen the supervision of elevator installation process, and urge the construction parties to strictly implement the lifelong responsibility system for project quality to ensure project quality and safety.
