After making a budget, the property company shall negotiate with the industry committee and report it to the owners' meeting for resolution. It is also the development and continuation of the above work for the property company to publicize the income and expenditure of property fees every year. The data can objectively show whether the budget of the property company is reasonable, and the industry Committee and the owners' meeting can also supervise whether the property company can "take it from the people and use it for the people" through cost publicity. Parking fees are different from property fees. The parking fee belongs to the national price, the price department sets the charging standard, and the property company charges according to the standard. This charge is the operating charge of the property management company, not the property service charge.
