(4) The greening leisure activity center and venue are more than 500 square meters;

(5) The fixed activity hall 100 square meter or more;

(6) Have simple sports equipment and facilities.

4. Four-level charging standard: 0.35 yuan/month. Square meters (including taxes).

(1) The community is basically closed;

(2) Having a fixed management service room;

(3) There are simple green spaces, trees and plants.
