Does the property service enterprise have the right to receive the service fee in advance? The "Measures" stipulate that a realty service enterprise may collect the realty service fee in advance according to the realty service contract, but the maximum period of collecting the realty service fee in advance shall not exceed one year.
4. What if there are not enough parking spaces in the community?

If there are spare parking spaces and garages after first meeting the needs of owners in the property management area, they can be rented to users outside the property management area, but the lease period shall not exceed six months.
