However, the possibility of raising jurisdiction objections in such cases basically does not exist, because such cases can only and must be tried in the court where the property dispute is located, and it is impossible and will not be tried by other courts other than the property dispute.

Article 127 of the Civil Procedure Law stipulates that after the people's court accepts a case, if the parties have any objection to the jurisdiction, they shall raise it during the submission of the defense. The people's court shall examine the objections raised by the parties. If the objection is established, it shall be ordered to transfer the case to the people's court with jurisdiction; If the objection is not established, the ruling shall be rejected.
