The national judicial examination is uniformly graded throughout the country.

Those who pass the objective and subjective examinations of the national unified legal professional qualification examination and meet the conditions for granting qualifications after examination shall be granted legal professional qualifications by the Ministry of Justice and issued legal professional qualification certificates.

Specific matters shall be notified separately by the Legal Professional Qualification Management Department of the Ministry of Justice and announced to the public. The Measures for the Implementation of the National Judicial Examination stipulates that the passing scores of the national judicial examination shall be determined by the Ministry of Justice in consultation with the Supreme People's Court and the Supreme People's Procuratorate.
